During the emergency period from October 2020 to April 2021, we provided childcare services to the employees of the Brno University Hospital and other health care facilities. We would like to enclose a letter of thanks from the Director of the FN Brno, which was very gratifying for us.
Dear Director,
On behalf of the University Hospital Brno and their employees - parents, allow me to thank you and all the employees of your DS Group who assisted us during the emergency in providing care for the children of our employees.
The cooperation with you was long-lasting and truly exemplary, you were very accommodating and we are fully aware that you often went above and beyond the set rules and customs. We all appreciate your human approach, your kindness and your efforts to help the applicants - parents, to balance their work and family responsibilities. The satisfaction of the parents and children is evident from their thanks and words of appreciation, which were certainly not spared to your adersu.
The opportunity to place a child in an "alternative" primary or kindergarten and have them cared for all day long was welcomed by all our employees and had a particularly positive impact on the staffing of our hospital departments in such a difficult time.
I would therefore like to ask you to convey to the staff of your school our great thanks, appreciation of their work, enthusiasm and professional approach to children and parents.

Both of our children visit the school and we definitely recommend it to everyone. There are fabulous aunties with a totally personal approach to each child and his needs. It is obvious that they have a very personal relationship with the children. The days are filled with the program. Every day they learn something, every day they make something, go out, go on trips, swim, go to judo, theatre, observatory, have logoedia and much more. They communicate perfectly with their parents. They post photos and videos to the FB group every day, so the parents can rejoice every day how colorful the children's day is and how much they enjoy it. They speak Czech and English, so our older son understands and is not afraid to speak it. The children are making incredible progress there, it's a great joy. We would wish this school to all children :-)
