Mgr. Šárka Hradilíková studied First Degree Teaching at the Teaching Faculty of Masaryk University, specialising in Craft. From 1990 she worked as a teacher and tutor at Staňkova Elementary School, where she ran an arts and crafts group. She also acquired experience with working with foreign children. She now specialises in Music and Activity Learning. She is the mother of two daughters.
